He used to use a national brand for his carpet cleaning but found that he prefers the service provided by a locally owned carpet repair and carpet cleaning company. Let us be clear Robert was happy with the workmanship provided by the other company just not the customer service. In addition or price was less but that wasn’t a factor for Robert.
