These folks had pet damage from their dog digging at the carpet in the basement. The carpet was Berber which caused a run in the carpet. In addition, they also wanted the basement carpet cleaned along with the carpet on the stairs. You can see from the pictures the stairs came out good but because the heavy traffic and beating that stairs take we couldn’t get them perfect. The close up will show how clean they actually got.
