Suchin has owned the home since 2005 and was ready to sell it.  The carpet had been damaged and needed replacing.  Not only where ther carpet ripples but also pet damage at one doorway and in one corner.  If Suchin was rent the home again we probably could have cleaned it and it would have been OK, but because he is selling he wanted to capture the highest dollar and new carpeting would assist.
