and wanted to replace the carpeting before they moved all their things in.  To this day I still have not met them face to face everything was done by phone and emails.  Beth chose a high end beautiful carpet at Home depot priced at $2.75 sq. ft.  The carpet came with a 25 year warranty…why? nobody keeps carpet for 25 years!  On average we replace carpet every 5-8 years, and in many case were paying for something we’ll never ustilize.  We found a high end comparable carpet treated with Magic Fresh for only $2 sq. ft.  At nearly 1000 sq. ft. that’s a savings of around $750!
