This house in Upper Fells is undergoing some renovations. What a beautiful house to have in the middle of our city! I have always loved this house on Pratt and Washington. Baltimore Carpet Repair is replacing carpet and stretching some other carpet areas. The owners are super nice people and we are enjoying working with them.
